Solution: the multifunctional Cut&Carve cutting board

A meat fork often has to assist in carving the roast. Juicy meat tends to slide on the cutting board and needs to be stabilized. TheCut&Carve double-sided cutting board is equipped with protrusions on one side on which you can place the roast and thus have much more control over the cutting. The raised rim catches leaking liquid, which can be further utilised thanks to the rounded casting corners. The design of the other side of the board is smooth.
