Wok with stainless steel lid for professionals from the original pro collection® series is made of stainless steel 18/10 (18% chromium, 10% nickel, 72% steel), very easy to clean, hygienic and extremely resistant to corrosion. The semi-matt surface is perfectly smooth and resists fingerprints and water stains. The handles and handles in polished finish remain cool throughout the cooking process. Their concept is really generous - even when working quickly, it is very easy to find an optimal and safe grip and your hands stay away from the body of the pan, so there is no risk of burns.
