The pots have a bright, satin-smooth surface, typical of ZWIL LING J pots. A. Henckels. Uncomplicated and versatile cookware, the round shaped cookware is the perfect partner for modern, healthy cooking.
The SIGMA Classic sandwich bottom consists of three layers. The 18/10 stainless steel inner layer ensures easy care, is hygienic, scratch-resistant and does not absorb tastes or smells. The strong aluminium core accumulates heat, then distributes it quickly and evenly. A third layer of the highest quality magnetic chrome steel allows the cookware to be used in induction, it is also easy to maintain. The SIGMA Classic bottom is appreciated for its energy-saving cooking capability, whereby the energy supply can be reduced once the pot is heated up, thus saving the environment.
The retractable glass lid fits tightly on the pot, making it suitable for energy-efficient cooking with small amounts of water. The large stainless steel handle ensures comfortable and safe handling. TWIN® Nova cookware can also be used in the oven (without lids), but protective gloves are required for handling hot cookware. The practical integrated scale for measuring liquids is also a pleasure. Pots and lids are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
